The Web Content Moderator is responsible for building emails, updating the company website and app content and supporting the day to day needs of the Campaigns team. This role will be working with an Australian team, supporting a company that is in the online retail industry for homewares and furnitures.
Responsibilities
Implementing requested category page updates using the Content Management System (CMS)
Updating homepage and app content using the CMS
Category & Brand page updates
Completing ad hoc updates to content as requested
Working with suppliers to order samples for photo shoots
Building emails using our email building software
Setting up website promotions and writing customer facing promotional terms
Other ad hoc tasks as requested by your manager
Qualifications
With at least 1-2 years of experience in website content management experience
Highly computer literate especially with MS Office
Great attention to detail; able to catch errors & suggest solutions
The ability to learn and follow established processes
Excellent written & oral communication skills
Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
Able to adapt to a rapidly changing environment
Proficiency with relevant analytical tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics preferred eCommerce / interior design / home & furniture experience preferred
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Excellent organisational and time management skills and is capable of working independently
Must be willing to work in the morning shift following the Australian Timezone; temporary work from home setup
